NPC notes the HCC consultation on the Speed Management Strategy 2020 which runs until 16th September and that this review of Speed Management Strategy 2020 came about as a result of the motion passed by Hertfordshire County in March 2018 calling for a review of road safety in Northchurch following the presentation of the petition organised by Northchurch Go20. NPC recognises the high level of concern amongst Northchurch residents regarding the issue of road safety.
